Named GP for all patients

All patients now have a named GP who will be responsible for the care and support that we provide to you

You may already have been told who your named GP is, but if not, please ask next time you make contact with the practice if you would like to know who your named GP is.

What does this mean for you?
You are unlikely to see any notable change in the way care is delivered to you by our practice.
Particularly for patients with complex health care needs, your named GP will ensure that you receive the best possible level of care and support and will work with other relevant healthcare professionals, who are involved in your care, to ensure that your care meets your individual needs.

Even though you have been assigned a GP this does not mean you can only book with that GP or prevent you from seeing any doctor.

These responsibilities will be carried out within the opening hours of the surgery and do not change the way you currently access care outside of these hours.
