Confidentiality is central to maintaining trust in the doctor - patient relationship and is something we take very seriously here at CGMG. We are required to be registered with the Information Commissioners Office and abide by the Principles of the Data Protection Act, as well as the General Medical Council guidelines on confidentiality. Our Practice processes are designed to enable us to comply with these requirements and our team have all undertaken relevant training.

There are some circumstances under which the DPA and and GMC deem it acceptable for us to share your data with other organisations and Health Care professionals. If you would like to know more about this, the following document explains this:
