Where can I get some help?

Teenage life can be fun - exciting - scary - stressful - difficult - overwhelming

...........if things are getting too much for you, or you feel you cannot cope, it may be time to ask for help. Here are some options for you:

  • Some schools have very good confidential counselling services available, and this may be a good place to start
  • Talk to one of the Doctors or Nurses here - they may be able to help you, or can arrange a referral to counselling services

Remember you can bring a friend, or relative to these appointments or you can attend on your own.
