In an average week we lose 50 appointments due to patients just not turning up!

If you are unable to attend for an appointment, or are running late, please let reception know as soon as possible. 

You can use the Automated Telephone Appointment system to check or cancel an appointment - this service is available 24 hours / day - and saves you having to wait to speak to a receptionist!

Please make sure that reception have an up to date mobile telephone number for you - this allows us to send you a text reminder about your appointments. We also need an up to date record of your telephone number so that you can use the automated Telephone Appointment System
