Feedback from Patients and carers is really important to us

We'd love to hear what you think - please get in touch and let us know what we are doing well, and where we could improve!

Running a busy practice and looking after all our patients is not always easy, and our staff work hard and always try their best. There are however times when patients feel that the care or service they receive could have been better - if you feel this way, we would encourage you to let us know so that we can review how we work and make improvements.

There are also many instances every day where they go the extra mile to help a patient, or sort something out for them.  It is lovely for staff to get feedback from patients when this has happened - so please also let us know about we are doing well and we can do more of it!
